About Me
Hi! I'm Nayeli
Although some of my clients know me as Mukira. The name Mukira, meaning "woman," comes from the Tarahumara tribe in Chihuahua, Mexico, where my roots lie and where my heart will always call home. Since 2019, I've been living in Utrecht with my amazing husband and our beautiful daughter.
My journey into the world of nails began in 2011 in Dallas, Texas. I've trained at Spain's top academies to perfect advanced techniques, completed specialized training in onychophagia (nail-biting recovery), and courses in biosafety, disinfection, and sterilization.
At Mukira, my mission is to deliver not only stunning nails but also an experience of trust, care, and empowerment. Whether you're here for a transformation, a boost of confidence, or a moment of self-care, I'm honored to be part of your journey.

By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions below
Punctuality and Cancellation
- Schedule changes or cancellations require at least 48 hours notice, especially on weekends.
- Late arrivals may lead to adjusted or canceled services; full charges apply.
- No-shows incur a full charge; cancellations within 48 hours face a 50% fee.
- Exceptions made for force majeure situations.
Payment
- Due at service time via cash or Tikkie.
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
For the appointment
- New clients: Please notify if product removal is needed.
- Share design inspiration beforehand; nail art may extend session time.
- Services will only be provided for what has been booked. Any changes or additional services must be requested before your appointment -- not during.
- Appointment changes via Instagram or other platforms must receive an email confirmation from me to be valid.
Health
- Services will not be provided if contagious conditions, fungal infections, warts, or severe damage are present.
- Notify about any hand concerns before service.
Aftercare
- Maintenance is recommended every 3-4 weeks to avoid lifting/breaks.
- Daily cuticle oil use and gentle nail treatment are advised.
Scheduling an appointment signifies agreement with these policies.

Navigating your way to Mukira
If you're anywhere in Utrecht city center, just follow the canals. Oudegracht is the main artery of the city, and number 105 sits right in the middle of the action.
Coming by train?
From Utrecht Central Station, it's a relaxed 10-minute walk. Exit the station toward the city center, follow the signs for Centrum / Oudegracht, and let the canal guide you -- it literally leads you to us.
By bike (very Dutch, very approved)
Utrecht is made for cycling. Park your bike nearby and enjoy the last few steps along the canal.
Parking Info
Q-Park Springweg / Vredenburg is a short walk away -- indoor, secure, and spacious. ParkBee offers affordable underground lots, often bookable in advance. Street parking is also available nearby (paid on weekdays). Use the Parkmobile app for easy payment.
